Hi Katiecoo - 2 weeks GF, that is a month between us! We are both going for calm, peace and life.

We don't want misery and as you have noticed our brains are starting to clear!

We are seeing for ourselves the cynical attempts by these parasites to try and tempt us back,

Phone calls, glossy leaflets with 500% this and £50 free that and 100 free spins the other.

Tear those devil leaflets into the bin, rip them into shreds - they represent misery.

2 weeks and counting katiecoo. Christmas 11 till Christmas Day.

This is day to day, but Iam looking forward to celebrating Day 25 with you. We'll break open the bubbly eh!

Our group is storming it too. KP is really impressing me, as are SC, Change, Rhoda, Angela, Gav, Paul and all the new faces we are welcoming on board.

Wow.. just had a really strong urge, but after 19 days free, I told it to f**k off. I guess moving forward I will use these days as my motivation to keep going. It is definitely helping me having the counter in place

How rewarding to get paid and lift my money into a money tin. The norm for me is that I would have non left !

Hi katiecoo, Sorry I didn't reply sooner, I just saw that post you wrote on the box sets threads just now. I've just read your diary and glad your doing so well in your abstinence. I had k9 installed a couple of years back but it didn't work for me, I currently have betfilter installed. It was working fine until I installed windows 10. However I am going to fight this with sheer determination and vow never to play an online slot again. If I can be of any support to you at all then I will.

Hi your doing really well with your gf days, with regards to the anxiety attack and breathing, get either a brown paper bag or large envelope and breath in and out into it, you will start to calm down. Stay strong and positive x
