I have installed Gamban and signed up to gamstop , completed first live chat which was very helpful, good to hear other people’s ideas on how to prevent myself from gambling.

Hi Beni,

you’re doing great! What I’ve done, and what works for me. I take out my money in cash. And then only have a small amount on my account, so I can’t deposit at online casinos.

May I ask, what’s your story? If you don’t wanna share, that’s alright.

Hi, you need to restrict access to money, ask your bank to put a block on gambling transactions and, if possible hand control of your finances to someone else including giving them your debit and credit cards. This may sound extreme but you need all the blocks available to stop you being able to gamble. What you have done is a good start so well done ?
