I've done this too many times now. I never seem to learn my lesson , but today I aim to make the last time I feel like this (S****y feeling).
Mission in my life to change that's the only way. If nothing changes ..nothing changes.
Will update regualry with how my self development is going..work towards a new improved me which will lead to these addicttion areas to be sorted out.

@harry33 It only seems like a month that you were last on here determined that was the last time. I know I always said that to myself. I never posted anthing because it was before forums but it felt like a daily thing.
How about trying some of the things that have been suggested to you this time? Can you accept that willpower alone won't work?
Happy to offer suggestions through my experience, not just to lecture you.

Cheers Chris and I agree willpower alone is very hard to maintain, however I have to do this this time, I have to make some changes to myself similar to the 12 step GA process. I can not tell my wife at the moment and tbh I realise that is probably the wrong choice, however I have given myself a chalenge to change as a person and then I will open up.
Very sad and depressing to see how many diaries I started and how many times I failed to beat this addicttion, how my life could have been so very different...anyway look to the future and not the past.
