That’s well done and your right it’s not the money lost it’s the inner peace I am looking for - to have a quiet life doing normal stuff with the money I do have! Well done for your days gf
Hi spendspendspend
It's great that you are feeling proud of your achievements in recovery. Sorry things are still tough financially at the moment but hopefully things will improve in time.Â
It's also great that you're checking in on the forum regularly to update us on your progress. We noticed that each time you post an update you start a new topic. How would you feel about sticking to one topic in the diaries section and just replying to that topic each time you want to post an update? Then other users can find your diary more easily, and you have the benefit of being able to look back on your progress more easily.Â
Forum Admin can also merge all of your diary topics into one and send you the link to that one topic so you can use that in future.Â
Best wishes

I'm 108 days gf when reading posts someone mentioned about were people put on every 100 days thinfk that is a really good idea anyone no anything about this please x
Hi Spendspendspend,
Congratulations on 108 days gamble-free! You've been doing really well!
Maybe it's the "100 days club" topic you're thinking of? The idea behind it is that anyone can join the topic just by posting the number of gamble-free days they have under their belt. The topic was started by Mixer and he explains how it works here:
https://www.gamcare.org.uk/forum/recovery-diaries/the-100-days-club-would-you-like-to-join/
As we've mentioned before, it would be easier if you could keep your progress updates to one topic, rather than starting a new one each time you post. I have moved this post to your diary thread which you can find here:
https://www.gamcare.org.uk/forum/recovery-diaries/day-one-5/paged/4/
If you've any questions about using the forum please email @gamcare.org.uk" target="true">forum.admin@gamcare.org.uk.
Best wishes and keep up the good work!
