Well I messed up. I gambled last night. Not going to dwell on. I left myself the stupid safety net of having one last device without gamblock, well now it has it and i have absolutely no other way of accessing online slots.

I'm disappointed with myself but its ok as i know I will get there

Hi Bella,

Dont let it get you down too much youve done really well up to now, and its just a blip its great youve got back up and now blocked thay device.

It might be worth checking if you can block gambling transactions via your bank many banks offer this.

I had relaspsed before but it made me stronger the next time round as i learnt again from the mistakes and like you made the blocks stronger

Lou xx

@bella87 Hello. One of the things in Gamblers Anonymous that is asked is how do I stop gambling. The key word here is HOW. Honesty, Openness and Willingness.

Are you being honest with yourself about being able to circumvent your blocks? Have you told your husband to have support and get your secrets out of you? Are you willing to do what needs to be done to stop?

I'm happy to help with any of those questions if you feel you can or can't do them. Having a slip is normal, it happens to most of us, it's how you deal with it that matters. By doing what you've done it sounds like you've done the right thing.

Chris.
