Hi guys..

Sorry not posted in days,,tried keeping busy and boy it's been working..

Got back to the gym.keep busy with family friends, and off course my kids.

Am 3weeks clean tomorrow.waaahoooo.feels good but I no I have been putting little into my recovery apart from not thinking about it.

It's worked but it has b4 and I always slip so gonna go for it soon n study..

I am going to see my local mp this week because in are local paper there has been a lot off talk about these fobt been change to a £2 limet spin witch I no must be heaven too people who have suffered with there gamberling on these horrid things..am gonna tell him the real dangers off these things and highlight the real problem s Thay course to so many off us on this site..if any1 reading this feels Thay have time to do the same please do and spread the word because this is a real possibility this could happen..think how many young people that could be saved if the fobt were capped at £2 a spin..I think it would a lot off us..please pass on msg..just ring ur local mp and tell them how much we all suffer,,and even just to find half hour off there tine to read are post on here.

After all what the f*****k are Thay paid for.
