Easy does it!

I feel like a bit of a loose cannon tonight and not sure why. No fear of me gambling just feel I want to do something mad. I know i won't but that's how I feel. I just want to do something. Thought I would share that and then sit and half watch TV!

Funny that! I saw the moon tonight and it was very low but biggest I've seen it ever.

Anyhow nothing to worry about just gotta get on with it and maybe plan a trip down south somewhere for a few days.

Life day in day out is really quite boring.

I am the most unadventurous person there is , the most exciting thing on my horizon is making virtual fairy cakes for Ian b celebration .

Do I crave for more yes, but do not know from where.

Hope you are feeling a bit more settled , if I see a streaker at the rugby this weekend, I will always wonder is that smiler.

I had a couple of easier days to fit other things in and I felt like a fish out of water. Back to the grindstone today and feeling better.

This is not good practice for me though so I need to start working on taking it easier regarding work.

Hiya Smiler...yep...work can be a painkiller and a way to shake off those edgy irritable feelings...its all about balance isn't it.......I find it hard to be still..always busy busy and always multitasking and packing so much into my day...taken too far "why put off til tomorrow what you can do today."..so I pack about a month in a day!!......Wine helped to take the edge off and as I have given that up I am also tempted to up the work to avoid coiled spring feeling....Take it easy.....some people do meditation although i get more wound up trying to do that!!

Can't imagine any of us on our deathbeds uttering the words.."I wish I had worked more"LOL

Big turning point for me today but I will feel betterfor it in the long run. A guy in the next town latched on to me and thinks I am servant. He phones me to drop in pints of milk and everything else. He has owed me money for months and today wanted me to loan him my printer as he has cant find his lead. I have stood my ground and said no. He tried all ways playing the victim and por me etc but I said a firm no. Which is unlike me. I used to be a people pleaser until this morning. He can keep the money too I am fed up having "friends" that is all one way traffic. His last words were "How am I going to print these things off"? My answer is in his question! It isn't my problem doesn't belong in my rucksack so let it go.

Good to hear that you are downsizing like Rach, she got rid of all her boxes of a life no longer wanted and you traded your rucksack in for a smaller version.

Let's hope in times to come your burdens will fit in your pocket, and you will not have any need for a rucksack at all.

Hugs and high fives!!!! As a fellow former people pleaser, I know that must have been difficult to do. I always remind myself that a real friend would respect my wishes and not keep badgering me. People can only take from us, if we let them.

Good for you, mate. Hope you feel good that you did the right thing - and possibly a service to anyone else who knows this guy. It may have made him realise how selfish he has been, unfortunately many people don't sit up and take notice and just think "poor me, why won't he help me any more?".

Not give it another thought today which is unusual for me. Looks like I'm getting better. The trouble is I am the most easiest person going until something really gets me. This was the last straw.
