Well done R, you are doing great and you're keeping busy which in the early stages is so important to break habits engrained in your routine.

Sorting out a payplan for debt a good positive step - just make sure it's realistic and not too much too soon as you need to feel the benefit of not gambling. If you set installments too high you won't get that experience and may feel pressure to try and obtain 'extra' money from your old ways.

Keep it going!

Thank you very much for the comment. I really appreciate the support.

That is a very valid point that you make, about feeling the benefit. I have an appointment tomorrow with PayPlan to finalise it so I will make sure I use your advice.

Day 21 - No urges. Busy with work & at home. Back exercising too and eating better.

Day 22 - No urges

Day 23 - No urges, this is easier than I thought.

Day 24 - Debt Management Plan progressing well. Feeling better. No urges. Pay day.

Day 25 - No urges. Couple pints after work with colleagues.
