Really busy at work and at home.. no real urges... many blockers in place anyway... life is looking brighter.. the only never ending worry and thought is the debt and amount of money wasted... cant wait to be back in positive...

68 is an achievement itself! I struggled alot one day last week thinking about debts etc but came to the conclusion what can I do? So gave myself a break, made a plan of mini goals and will take one day at a time. As you say life is looking brighter while we remain GF take care S:)

Nice one Sharon41 ... the thought of debt/money lost does not go away.. but I don't want to win them back... i just want to earn them, good luck with your thoughts!

72 days is fantastic!! I read on the forum about an addiction app which really helps and shows you how much you are saving. If I can see light at the end of the tunnel I don't feel quite as bad. Onwards and upwards take care S:)

I have had big outgoings in last few months so it's tough to see the light but if I was gambling I would have almost nothing and maybe wouldn't be able to have these outgoings... I'm getting good cashboosts in Jan and also in Feb so once I'm there everything will be much much better!!

I hope I will never catch you in your GF 🙂 stay strong!!

Same!! A minibreak a few birthdays etc has left me pretty skint, but it's good to know this money has gone towards good things and not feeding online gambling. I still find it weird to have spare cash as I'm not used to it, but have sturdy blocks in place so there's no chance of slipping up. Tomorrow is Friday, yay!!! Take care S:)
