Apparantly Vega street up in cheetham hill has a long row of mobile fone and repair shops all ruthlessly competitive and they all fix crac,ked screens...

Apple will charge a lot more.

been up to vega street today...lots of those shops..only been to one so far as had to get into work..they say apple will charge 200 for a new screen on ipad 2 but he can do a real one for 60 quid but an imitation chinese one for less...

If you go for chinese one the pixels arent as good or something...

They also do iphone etc repairs...basically everything...he told me i would have to leave it for about 5 hours..

Hiya blondie. Sounds like your a busy bee. Hope you can have a nice chilled out weekend. Thanks for your support. Im looking forward to the new year. Think it's gonna be a great one. Although as a big kid I can't look past Christmas yet. Done my first bit of Xmas shopping yesterday and hearing all the Xmas tunes has got me in the spirit of things. Take care.

So no post from me yesterday but that was a case of getting my priorities right and not complacency. I attended the on line GA meeting 2 hours where I feel that Im giving just a little back.

The on line meetings have quite a lot of newcomers on there and a mix of people in good recovery so its good for me to hear those newcomers stories to make sure my short term memory doesnt forget.

I dont want to forget my past ever but I also refuse to live in it looking forward and being proud of the things you have done or are doing keeps me in the correct frame of mind.

Someone said last night and its in the beyond 90 days book.

There are 3 times when you should give this addiction attention and respect.

1 when you are feeling good and all is going well

2 When you are feeling down

and 3 All other times in between.

I really like that and it will stay with me as another light bulb moment.

Today I wont gamble because I know to well where I will end up, I cant win because I cant stop.
