Still having trouble sleeping not so much thoughts on wanting to gamble more thoughts on paying debt of and goals so I will post this to reflect on and to remind myself of those goals . currently my debt stands at roughly ВЈ16,000 I owed my parents ВЈ1300 that is now down to ВЈ650 I have 2 loans I took over a year (not at the same time)both for ВЈ1000 but with very high interest one is now nearly come to an end 75%paid off (this will free up ВЈ160 per month)the other is paid off in march.i have 3 credit cards and 6 payday loans (yes 6 this is what this stupid illness does to us!)one will be paid off in the next 2 months the others are on payment plans and will take considerably longer but least the interest has been frozen.water rates were sky high both are now on payment plans ВЈ60 on one ВЈ40 on the other gas and electric ВЈ49 per week yes per week this is where I kept cancelling direct debts but rest assured I won't be waking the heating up this winter I will be putting a jumper on!x council tax now this is the biggy being totally truthful haven't paid it for years so have constantly had a year's or a few years of payments I'd set them up gamble the money away then the direct debit would fail I strung them along and now they've kind of said enough is enough so here goes I have 3 payment plans in place if any fail they will definitely take me to court and do attachment of earnings so the first is from 2014 I have to pay ВЈ25 per month the next they will only spread over 3 months at ВЈ229 per month the rest is this year's at ВЈ199 per month it's literally going to kill me but if I can just get thro the 3 month one things will improve the loan will end freeing up ВЈ160 which can goes to the other council tax payment as for credit cards there are 3 I have a large one on a low interest rate for 3 years it was 1 year in august my plan is to tread water with all 3 until my loans are paid back and my priority utility are paid back then wham hit them hard all in .so to sumerise 1st goal get through the council tax 3 month plan, 2)get my first loan paid back freeing up £160 all other loans will be paid back by December next year if not before if I can.parents can be paid back in bits in between all these if I manage extra weekend work then I will have a year to pay back all the credit card and overdraft debt which to be fair should be a breeze compared to payday loan rates and I will have 18 months left on my largest credit card at a cheap rate plew written down that looks completely over whelming but I'm doing it so I can look back and see how far I've come!mini goals to start.this post may also help anyone who thinks they are in terrible financial position I'm here to say dont put off ringing people and reaching out you d be surprised I did all mine myself! OK night need to switch my brain off!

Pps so huge goal .....debt free by 2019!bloody 3 years but I'd say I've been gambling for 10 so when I look at it like that if I save myself at the age of 41 (that's how old il be by the time I'm debt free!lil stand a chance of building a future maybe a house who knows going to be hard to stay focused for 3 years I like that program eat food for less it's fab and probably one of our biggest savings anyway that really is it night!

Awake again!its 2am took a decision tonight to use isa money to pay off the smallest payday loan I'm gutted as this money is hopefully for my family's home eventually haven't told hubby and if I can't replace it all I know things could go dreadfully wrong with us but it feels good to get rid of one of the monthly payments and the interest is extortionate we are short for the rent too not sure how I'm going to make it all work especially as I also have a puppy coming that I need to pay for!but hey ho one less loan to worry about!so 6 now become 5 only slightly better really need some more work to come in keep telling myself I can do this!how the hell did I afford to gamble well I didn't that's why I'm in this mess!the reprocautions will last year's what an idiot I am!I will try and plug away at it all chipping the debt away not going to be easy at all!need to stay focused and strong x

Your doing great dizzy...
I know it sounds easier said than done. ..try to prioritise debts
Rent...utilities...food all come first.. credit cards.. loans etc...next...don't over stretch yourself or leave yourself with nothing love.....and it can't all be done at once....chill a bit and be happy your nearly at 100 days...think how bad it would be now if you hadn't said that's enough ...take care xx
