It sounds stupid but it's nice to be able to go in a service station and just buy a drink and use the toilet instead of losing 400 quid! Determined to complete this challenge and feeling good!

75 days gamble free today! Currently on exercise in a field in Wales. One of those times in the past where I would be constantly betting online to pass the days. Not even thought about gambling let alone had urges. I'm on a great run, just hope it doesn't come to an end!
