Hi Hibbylad. I am assuming you are referring to Aintree races? - in my hometown! If so, try to distract yourself in any way you can and remember, it is only so many hours out of today. I watched bits of Ladies Day on the t.v yesterday- just to eye up all the outfits! It was so good though, when it had finished, to think “not one penny has gone/been lost today to gambling”!👍.
