i pulled out my works lottery a couple year back and got questions like what if we win.i said i will make my money selling their dirty linen to the national newspapers lol.

needless to say they are still waiting for that life changing win whilst im £100s better off.

So me ok , still wanting for the exchange of contracts .

Wish they would get on with it .......but hay done enough wishing in my life ..... Standing at a FOBT wishing my big number to come in ...... To recoup the money I was down . Know you've all been there ,

So tonight lets ban wishing , be patient and know that it will be what it will be in the fullness of time . As long as we keep the faith .

Still struggling to find a routine in my new life , which is why I have not posted much in the last few days .

Will end by saying , no urges , no temptation .

Nothing worse than waiting esp when its so important and from a legal perspective they haven't got a rush in them but lets not get me started on that one lol, it will happen and that routine will come until then just keep it simple take each day as it comes

X factor auditions are over this weekend, where does the time go b4 u know it xmas will be here, jess still not got a favourite yet but will keep u posted

As always I agree. When I think of the times that I desperately wished for something to happen it was really desperation talking. Sitting in front of a machine wishing for one number. I feel good about myself recently and find myself not wishing for anything but just being happy with my lot. O.K. so we are not good with patience but what is it they say "Good things happen to those who wait".

I really hope that the shop situation changes and soon. It would be lovely to read a post on your diary telling us all about the sale of the shop. We could all raise a glass together.

Thanks for your recent support, hope everything is as well as it can be with you. Hope you have much planned over the weekend, for me I have an away game of football to go and watch, so shouldn't have any urges tomorrow. In complete agreement with you that you go a certain distance and then bang those urges come slap you in the place. Us compulsive gamblers will never ever be free of them, they will just fade and grow from time to time.

Frustrating day today . Exchange of contract delayed .

Maybe two weeks , hoping the buyer does not pull out but if he does , not a lot I can do about it .

My birthday in November maybe with a prevailing wind this will be over , if not sure I'll cope .

No urges , no temptations , far better things to spend my hard earnt dosh on.
