Matt you really deserve that sense of pride to be at 200 days whilst dealing with all the s**t in your personal life. I have read your diary on and off and honestly take my hat off to you, don't think I would have kept GF. You deserve, like everyone to be happy. Have a good weekend S 🙂

Hi Sharon, yeah nothing short of a miracle but I am a hugely stronger person for it.

LML, ha ha, I would say I miscounted but we both know it has been tortuous at times! Your doing superbly too, soon be at the 150 mark girl.

All the very best to both of you, thanks for your comments as ever.

Matt

As if you use a child to get at someone....cue therapy for that child in years to come...Of course it will be none of your ex'a fault...Matt even for one little second if you even considered taking her back, that is just something to hold onto in bad times...keep moving forward, you will get there. I see a bright and happy future for you, with a lovely person by your side, sharing your joy.

Well done on the 200 Days, what an achievement!!

Day 202 today

Had a good weekend, friend visited from London on Friday and we had far too many drinks but a good time was had.

Yesterday whacked the head phones on, mowed the lawn and sang my heart out ha ha. Then set off for a bbq in my old home town and caught up with some old friends which was nice.

This morning I've been with my life coach and heading out later to watch the football with some new friends I have made in the area.

Next week I am hoping for a reply of acceptance from my exes solicitor so I can finally end this limbo and buy her out hurrah!!

Matt,

Do you recommend a life coach? I have thought about it previously but had never spoken to anyone that had been to it. What made you take that step and sign up for coaching? I see it as a great opportunity. Hope you have a fab afternoon, and life keep marching forward.

Hi Julie

The life coaching has been good for me, I've had a lot of big decisions and the way my ex has been every day has been rather unpredictable! Parts have been difficult to cope with but the limbo I found my self i have been given some amazing advice to help end it. When the self doubt has crept in she has encouraged and given me some really strong guidance at times. It has been different to my councelling but just having that person there to talk to and I guess for some reassurance has been invaluable.

The main role of my coach has been really to help me understand and to come to terms with transitions in life as what I have been through has been a huge one in many departments.

My coach is actually a good friends wife, she is training so kind of using me as a Guinea pig so we are both helping each other.

Thanks Malc

Day 203 today. Last night came home, to a half empty house where she has cleared a lot of her stuff out....hurrah finally she is going and I can start my life again. Just the legals and financials to finalise and the nightmare is finally over.
