i hope you doing all well , and your gamblefree, you know when u lose money its makes you weaker person thats why you get quicker stressed and get anxiety gambling make us very ill and it will be as long as you gamble i hope ur really stop and if u got the urge just think about your thursday night.... Be strong..

Good to talk with you earlier on the chat board. Appreciated your comments. For many of us, we don't have the option to walk away from the financial mess that we have created! But maybe better that we haven't done this and have faced up to reality? Even though it will cause immense short term heart-ache?

I'm still here and gamble free and wi the s**t I've put up wi over the last couple o days its a miracle!!!!! 🙂 x

today i did gamble 🙁 was on a day away, no barriers in place away from home. put in £20 and won £500. sounds good but its what it leads to that worries me. at least I am safe here at home, barriers all in place 🙂 tomorrow is a new day x
