I wasnt sure to start with and im not sure if it was just talking to the same chap each but still on the wagon and still listen to the same recording he kept drilling into my brain - so if i had to say yes or no then my answer would be yes and if you were like me i was more than happy to try everything. Good luck with your mission - just remember its all about you being in control - smash it!!

I thought I would never be able to say this but as of tomorrow I will be 49 days gamble free. That's by far the longest I have ever gone without one since I was about 12 years of age, keep active keep busy.
