Thankyou Char for your words of encouragement. I'm really quite disappointed about today because I actually wanted to gamble. Even though I know about urges, I just thought they wouldn't happen to me anymore!! Stupid I know!

Anyway, thankfully I didn't act on it and it has passed now. I just hope I can stay strong next time!

I was in the chat room last night when you said that the horrible posts had led you to decide to stop posting. I sincerely hope you have reconsidered - Gamcare have identified the individual responsible who was using several aliases and they have removed his posts. He even entered the chat room twice last night with different names, upsetting people. Please come back as you are a much much better person than him.

I hope you do come back to your diary to read that so many people are encouraging you to keep posting! As others have said you should not let one idiot stop you! You are doing amazingly well in your recovery and I for one look forward to reading your posts! You are also a real source of strength for others and It would be such a Shame to lose you from this site!
