Walking through the arcades is ok as long as ur strong enough to make the right decision and u r , sometimes we av to face up to life and not avoid places where our past may lie its all bout moving forward

No gambling 2day 🙂

Another sunny day, we went to my bf's mates for a barbeque and spent most of the day in the sunshine!

I have had a really nice wknd and I am beginning to think less and less about gambling, I am beginning to enjoy my gamble free life 🙂

Was good to catch up earlier ill try get on chat more now my heads sorted out.

Try not to beat your self up about the hick up your doing great now you have already proven you can resist the urges with your last spell and this time your in an even better position with the support of your bf.

Like I said before without your support on that eveneing I would have given in and fallen back into gambling and not told my partner. So I'm glad you come back here and I am able to help support you!
