You have made great progress in my opinion and it would have been easier to give in and gamble during an unpleasant experience on here for you. However you rose above it and now going great guns. I pity people that show anger towards others for it is their own shortcomings they are in touch with not ours. Let's all hope the person gets the help they need to move forward with their own probelms whatever they may be.

I am very happy this morning, last nite was my 1st big test. In the pubs, some of my friends were gambling but I stayed away from the machines. In fact I really was not interested in them last nite at all... this is a real achievement 4 me!

I am feeling a little rough this morn from the drink and I have blisters on my feet from my new shoes lol... but it was good not 2 come home worrying about the amount i'd lost and the stress that comes with it!

Maddison woke me up early this morn, bless her! now she is asleep typical...but I woke up stress free and happy 🙂 I am really proud of myself 4 resisting the machines last nite!
