Hi Jane , yeah like u stress often lead to a gamble but that just leads to more stress! I block all email thats come through so they cant send again, i think i've blocked over a thousand! Well down for abstaining! Keep strong

Thank you again for your kind words I do feel a little better this week tho I am very tired but finished work for a couple of weeks now so fingers crossed this will give me the time to recharge refresh and be ready for what ever is thrown at me next xx

Day 154

I just wanted to stop by my diary and say hi! It's been 22 weeks since I last gambled 4 weeks off half a year...I still get the 'want & need' to go on line but I have so far managed to stop myself I have money in the bank (not in my own account admittingely! I don't trust myself that much ha ha) for the first time in many years I am able to go to a shop counter without spending £20 on the lottery!

Dear Diary

Today is day 191! I can't quite believe it has been 191 days since my last gamble - well done me ....ha

I have been so busy with work that I haven't had much time to think about losing money other than when I had a really stressful week last week and I couldn't see another way of distressing so instead I had a glass of wine and tried to ignore the call of bingo/slots! This week has been so much better and I am so pleased with myself that I managed to ignore the feelings and keep the promise I made to myself. Only another 9 days to go until my next mini target xx
