Oh well only a few more week to go until I finish for Christmas feels great that I have all the presents sorted and still have some money in my pocket. I can't honestly remember when 1.. I was this organised for christmas - shows what you can do once you stop playing on line and 2..I still had money left over.

Good Morning Diary!

Welcome to the world Day 33

Night shift tonight so trying to have a lay in but it's not really working.

I have been seeing quite a few adverts for on line bingo with all the Christmas bonuses ...... Kind of wanting to make me get on line! But I WILL not! I need to remember I have already won by not gambling. Xx

33 days of winning, why would you want to start losing now with false thoughts, you are doing great keep going and stay strong, with all barriers in place.

Hi Jane,

Just read your diary and wanted to say well done on those 41 days. It takes a lot to stop, and stay stopped, and you are doing a great job.

Keep strong and keep busy.

All the best

Ade

Thank you Suzanne!

Day 55 Today!!

If I am 100% honest with myself i could quite easily go on line now and play bingo and slots or even run to the corner shop and buy a handful of scratch cards and lotto tickets! But I wont....... This is the first christmas in a very long time when I have bought everyone's presents and I still have money left over to spend. I still get a little buzz when I think about the fact I am going to have the least stressful christmas in many years. I am a winner!! I don't need to gamble what I have worked hard for in the vain hope that I will win more. I have everything I need right now!

I would like to wish everyone a merry Christmas, for those that are just starting your journey to a gamble free life - you can do this! Life is a whole lot better without the worry and the stress of trying to win, once you stop you are winning and with each day you stay free of gambling you are becoming an even bigger winner a guaranteed winner!! Which is more than you will ever be if you carry on gambling xxx
