Day 66 is almost at an end and I have had a good day today......I haven't done very much just had a nice relaxed day watching TV and reading no thoughts about Gambling today which is good!! Have a few plans tomorrow, cleaning and I have a friend popping round so that will keep my mind busy not back at work until Friday :oD we have booked a little mini holiday for April so that gives me something to look forward to xx

It's good to have something to look forward to all I feel like I focus on is not gambling.

Hi Jane onluy just read your diary there! 69 days is excellent so well done, I and many others found the first period the hardest so keep it up. Never give up on giving up! the days soon mount up and lifes slowly gets better! We cannot win as we cannot stop, so very true!

I have been so busy with work for the last few days I haven't had time to think about gambling at all.

I have got a heavy few weeks ahead of me at work so hopefully it will continue to stop any urges xx

Good weekend no thoughts of gambling, I have been so busy at work I don't seem to get much time to spare. Another busy week a head new challenges at work for the next few weeks as I am standing in as manager so hopefully this will keep my occupied enough so that I can reach my goal of 100 days.

Day 80 you go girl!!!! I know how stressful position it can be (am standing in one myself). Keep at it, keep rewards coming, you never know when opportunity arises to take it on full time.
