I have been away on a conference for a few days, so not able to post. Just checking in really- all is ok. Still having urges and still overwhelmed with the things done in the past but still haven't gambled so that is good.

Hi stu I have just read your diary and I am also on the same journey as you. I didn't gamble for 3 years but the crashed again about a year ago and now back on here on day 26 of trying to not gamble again.
