day 79 for me gamble free
previously i achieved 128 days and was patting myself on the back daily as well as posting smugly on here every day. I then had a relapse on day 129 - October 2nd lost £350 was more annoyed about the relapse than the money but I think it was a valuable lesson that this thing never goes away and there is no place for complacency. I stayed off here since then,
been ok since , some new faces on here some old faces still around and the same old story.
plenty of people who were posting regularly in the summer have disappeared. I hope this is because they are free of all this misery and not because they relapsed and are back in the depths.
its amazing how quick the gf days mount up and a new year is a great time to make changes in your life.
keep strong, keep on keeping on
