Last time

Monday survived, been busy at work so no distractions.day 16 done 

day 18 and still avoiding the hotspots, great night at the theatre last night, felt normal.

Day 20 just about done, almost 3 weeks now and I’m in a rhythm.

match on Saturday so another test but my kids are with me so I should be fine 

Start of day 22 , match with one of my lads today, leaving money at home just the bare minimum for a few pints and bus home.

day 23 , no dramas yesterday 

day 25 begins, had a lot of problems with my neck last couple of years and it’s starting again, few trips to doctors soon.

no thoughts of gambling and in a good routine, except I’m awake early today mainly down to the pain.

Day 26 is over, going strong 

Day 28 begins, nice meal with friends last night.

good news with a £268 refund on an old loan affordability complaint was upheld.if you have had old pay day loans please get in fast folks.it works 

Day 33 begins , been laid low in bed with a terrible cold, list a bit of weight but on the mend.gladly no access to online so all great on that fron, starting to feel a bit normal now.

finances are looking a wee bit stable now, got to keep my head down, important period now I’ve got over the first month.

im absolutely fine and still gambling free , my finances have improved and I hate to say this lockdown has really helped keep me focused ( hate using that term) 

had some great help claiming money back off old loans and current ones which has been a god send and saved me around £9k for nothing really.

life is calm and good my friend, hope you are well.

Evening all, my life has changed so much.163 days now of no gambling and soon to have just one loan.

my debt has gone from £26k to £11k and I’ve so much spare money.

im back to work and office based, temptations are still all around me but no internet access is my game changer
