Thanks KTF I am ok, just a glitch,didn't gamble but nearly did.
Well in a lot better mood today,had a fab day out Sunday and no urges to gamble.
Day 62...wow never thought I would get this far,keeping busy and finding other things to do (getting a bit addicted to gym fitness at the mo) but at least it's only the gym membership that I have to pay for,the to gamble comes and goes but still GF.
The urge to gamble it should read.
