Day 2
So today will be my second day gamble free. I always find it tougher whilst at work as i work in the centre of a city which has more bookies than you can shake a stick at.
I've self excluded from all of the gambling websites i am a member of and have also left my debit card at home so even if i have a temptation to nip to a bookies at lunchtime i can't bet anyway!
I haven't gone a week without gambling in probably 3 or more years so know i will find this tough but it quite simply has to be done.
