Hello wp......... Can fully understand where you're coming from pal. The diary's not going anywhere, hence always here along with your gamcare 'buds'! Its a tool for you wp, just blank the smugness.......

We can and will indeed do it........

Hi winning post, long time no speak. Plenty has happened on these pages these past three weeks. I'm of the same opinion as you, I really don't like it. I build the trust with my wife and yet I now don't trust this site! Anyway, you do what's best for you. What I've learn't these last three weeks is that I still need an outlet. That doesn't necessarily mean a diary, but an outlet of some sort...maybe another site. Russ

Hi wp..Hope all is good? I unfortunately have missed whatever has been going on... Anyway, whatever it is, it cannot be as important as your progress and recovery... In addition, and more importantly, the sound advice you give to everyone!

Easy li£e

Hi wp.

Sorry to read you have a feeling that its not secure on here mate.People on here shouldn't have to feel that way.

And as for your grammer....look if people on here really have that much time on their hands to be checking spelling mistakes....well then they have missed the point, either that or they have too much time on there hands.

Your grammer is fine.

Understand you mate if you want a break from here...but I know you for nearly a year on here..cyber buddies be that....but if you want my e-mail address i'll gladly sort that out through camecare.Just give me the thumbs up and its done!

You take care my friend and i hope these posts that are putting you off posting on here doesn't last too long.Just Look the other way.You know whats best for you!

I've read some diaries on here who are clearly taking the ***....thats why i don't give them one second of my time!

All the best my friend.

Viggo.

Hi wp.

I've read your post on the Ask Gamcare section. I really hope you do not shut down this diary. You should not underestimate the positive message in this diary and the inspiration you provide to others in recovery.

Yes there are a few 'gremlins' on the site at the moment and that is a terrible shame but that does not mean you cannot continue posting and to continue supporting all the friends you have made over the last 15 months.

Top man wp.

This diary does not belong on page 3!

Any newbies stumbling upon this diary should read it from start to finish.

Giving up gambling can be done!

Hey wp, been a while since you've been on I notice. I hope that what happened to me when I stopped posting doesn't happen to you too, but even if it does it's not the end of the world.

Hope you're okay bud,

ATB

Thanks mate.

I'm strong and very glad to see you're going strong too.

We've both got loads of external pressures (caused by gambling) yet are keeping gamble free. Keep this up and in time, the pressure will go. And life will get even better then.

My theory is that long-term gamblers like us who manage to go on to quit and get straight have a happier later life cos we appreciate it more. Bring it on!!!

Hi wp

100% correct, life without gambling is fine and fun, if only I did it earlier. Still £12000 debt is better than £122,000.
