Thanks for your recent post...as you saw I HAVE been neglecting the diaries on here recently, and I missed out on your one year milestone...the pages of comments after your post, both inspiring and touching, should tell you plenty of the regard I have, and I assume many on here have for you.

You're making great progress mate, and though I hope I never catch you up, I'm hoping I don't drop back any further either. I won't let my guard down if you won't!

All the best mate, I look forward to commemorating the same day in 12 months time.

What more can I say?!

One whole year and you really seem to be living a far, far better life now that you were a year ago!

I, and so many others on here, are all so proud of you and your achievements.

But it was equally as good to hear that those evil demon gambling thoughts are still around (when you found an evil channel).

You must still stay on your guard at all times (but you will know this already) as those thoughts will come back and try and get us back into our horrible ways.

But we WON'T!

And we WILL all beat this!

it started snowing again yesterday afternoon where i am, and we had only just got rid of it - thankfully this time only a few inches fell, and the roads are passable with care.

thanks to seano,steve,brian and tommi....a good weekend..nothing much more to add really.....on holiday now till next monday....the pressure of christmas is starting to strain on me and my ex...times like that i wouldve gambled in the past trying to get that wee bit extra as we all know will never be there....just bit my tongue and walked away...cant fire up fire without added fuel..think i ll still be ok for christmas day but i have a table for 1 deposit paid at nearby pub just in case lol or maybe not so lol :-o.....anyways onwards to another bet free week...today i wont bet tomorrow i wont bet,we can do this folks 😉

They always say that Christmas is always the most stressful time of year for families, and probably the most difficult time of the year for us CG's then. Not giving in and dealing with it calmly like your doing is definitely the way forward.

As for the pub meal for one....if it falls through you can come and join me for a little buffet at work! Hopefully you won't need to use it, and Christmas slots together for you.
