Don't give in. I know it's so so difficult at times but you mustn't give in. Have a long bubble bath, read a book, anything to try to take your mind off it.
You're worth so much more than to live a life feeling unhappy because you've lost through gambling yet again. That's how it will end because we always end up losing. The buzz we get from those teasing little wins they give us is nothing compared to the lows and despair we feel when we end up losing yet again. Never again will we mentally beat ourselves up.
You're doing so well and should be so proud of yourself.
You can do this because you know your little girl deserves to have a happy gf mum.

Ah I know it is hard, but as long as your giving hom your money, sure he can gamble away. There is no incentive for him to quit. I really don't know how you do it, if I am being very honest. I find it hard enough to cope with my own daily struggle. I cannot imagine how you feel, seeing him sitting gambling...keep your chin up girl x

You are doing so well!! Every time an urge come think back to that first month and how hard it is. You've come so far now and it clearly shows that you are much more content in yourself and the confidence is slowly coming back.

Thanks for all the support guys. Pleased that I didn't give in. I know I will feel terrible if I do. I just have fleeting thoughts of winning etc. And that I miss it. I don't know why I would miss it but it was an escape I used. So when times get hard I lean to it

Had a few ups and downs since last log in. A few days when I have been tempted but haven't given in. OH on nights this week which is always hardest and I am. It in the best of moods so feeling fairly tempted tonight !

Day 100 - 16/4/17
Nearly missed my 100 days. Seemed so far away at the start but I have made it. Some days I have been so tempted but stayed gf. Having a hard time lately. But vacant and disorganised which is not like me. Got Paige's birthday next week. 2 already. Can't believe it. Been dealing with several issues lately too so quite proud that haven't turn d to gambling

Still gf. OH still gambling. Still get tempted but in control atm
107 days and another week down! Well down chick, got it under control now. We just need to look after ourselves so when life becomes stressful we don't go back! Not giving up and in it together xx
