Sleeping has been rubbish of late. Got bad back pain too which isn't helping. Life goes on, its fast approaching my moment of truth, survived the races and another Saturday but drinking way too much, it was free Friday and the OH paid yesterday so no money spent at all .Â
I hope in the future I never go back to the old me, Gamstop is a massive help to me, going into bookies just doesn't appeal to me but is my only poison in the future.The online blocks have saved me on about 10 occasions, I'm not one for casinos weirdly, going to the races would be a rarity so my future looks better , online gambling is killing folk.
