Hi Sue, thank u 4 ur support and kind words on my diary 🙂

I really do have alot of respect 4 u, I feel honoured 2 have got 2 know u and 2 have shared some of our past's.. I'm always here 4 u Sue 🙂

The last bit of ur post made me think about something I have been thru recently with someone when I realised their motives, I really did not like wot I saw. And the funny thing is I only noticed this in the last couple of days lol... My friends say I'm 2 nice and naive.... maybe that's our problem Sue 🙂 But once u can see the truth, it's soooo much easier 2 deal with. In fact it all makes me smile now. This is a quote I found recently thought I'd share it with u. I hope u like it 🙂

Sometimes we expect more from others, because we'd always be willing to do much more for them, and as we grow older we don't lose friends, we just learn who the real ones are!

I think that's a true quote for most of us hey 🙂

Have a gr8 nite xxxxxxxxxxx

Morning Sue,

It is great to see that you are doing so well. All good this end - the nursery is now finished (well the painting anyway - furniture due to arrive shortly) As daft as it sounds it is starting to feel real now. I guess the growing bump in front of my eyes should have given me the heads up! lol I can't wait to be a dad again. So you're thinking a boy hey. I'm really not sure but my wife has a feeling that it might be a boy as well so we will see! Not long until we find out now!!

I hope that you have a great Friday.

Take care

Dave X

Hello Sue

Thank you very much for your comments on my diary, it really helps me to stay focussed. I have read through your diary and can see that you have been through some hard things some I can relate to, so I really do appreciate your comments. I see you has someone I can look up to and if I stay focussed I can stay on the right path. Thank you again Sue.

Have an amazing weekend.

Hi Diary,

Day 63

Thank you everyone.............for such awesome posts....I feel quite humble!

Well.....The new ME........went into work today and delegated!

What a flippin disaster.....I did my assisting up of clients.........administered all medication.....cooked my own receipe beef cobbler.

Had to go out for hour and half...more of that later. Asked staff member to take out of the oven in 30 mins. Got back.....was bloody burnt...they forgot..........................grrrrrrrrrr!

Actually it's quite laughable......glad I got weekend off.

In my hour and half off....took couple of service users....I was only driver on.......to a promotional new service they are offering where we live........So Womble cycled 800 metres with clients sat on the back of my bike round a race track.....they had great time....don't know about me tho........my little legs killing now!

Happy no gambling Friday!

Sue xxxxx

Sue.

A weekend off , please for me enjoy it, take from your new work effect and live your life for you because by doing so all the folks that count will benefit too, love the cajun beef bringing the food into the modern times lol.

Morning Friend,

I often wonder where it all went wrong for me. Unless I was born talking I don't think I have always said a million words when I could get my point across in 3 :). Sometimes I ramble Sue sometimes I ramble.

Anyway, weekend off for you. Like Duncs said you make sure you enjoy it live life the new way and be that new you I think you are liking it so much more. Fairly sure the you whilst gambling wouldn't have laughed off the burnt food incident and actually the old you wouldn't have delegated it out in the first place. Flagg smells progress and it's the sweetest smell.

Like Castle says you are putting so much into your recovery and you offer endless support just to echo what he said it is people like you Sue who make this site really work!

Today, the fit and fabulous Flagg takes a small dose of head shrinking medicine and then takes a bow to you Sue. Sue who tackles her addiction head on and continues to fight it off one day at a time.
