Hey Sue,

I just wanted to say this, Its difficult when you become known for something, I.e always being positive or encouraging and supporting then all of a sudden the stuff hits the fan and you need it back in bucket loads ! We dont expect anything from you chicken , I know your always so upbeat and supporting other people relentlessly. it doesnt have to be that way.

This is your diary the good bad and ugly remember ? Maybe getting some kind of brain dump down of how your feeling might just help ? Just a suggestion not a solution.
