Day 7.........Said with a feeling of pride!
Last night I had the best nights sleep I have had in weeks....Went to work and was ike a changed person....my collegues all commented on how I seemed "different"
It was soooooooooo hard to come back and admit my slip BUT I know it was the right thing to do.
With this site and my friends on here I will beat this!
I will get round to posting and reading everyones diary in the next few days..........But for now
