day one again first time i have done a gamcare chat. i need to overcome this betting and them darm fobts.

Have you put in place anything to help you stop this other than will power which most times is not enough. Closed accounts online, blocks like GamBan on phones and mobile devices etc? Scott
hi scott yes i have been reading though the posts. i have just signed up to gameban. wish i would of known about that a couple of days ago now. i have closed all accounts down online and in shops etc. just need to get over my latest losess and try and move on i suppose. i am hoping this site will help me beat it this time

For most of us, even if we win, we cannot stop so keep what money you have left otherwise that will be gone too!
