DAY 8 - Bet free
I'm back! 🙂
Work is going okish, finding it hard. Felt like today would be a good day to get back to the diary. Have been bet free for 8 days now after a couple of blow-outs, which was silly I know but everything was up in the air for a while with no job etc. Got no money at moment so this will aid in my recovery. Know to keep trying my best and will try to refrain from gambling. Will catch up with everyone soon and read how everyone is doing but not having the computer at home anymore is a problem and work access is limited.

Hi Guys, thank you for all of your posts. Getting access to a computer in my own time is proving very difficult but parent bring back the home computer from France on Saturday so should be able to post more regularly.
Everything is going ok at work, not gambled but can't afford to either, the lack of wages last month on top of a blow-out of over 2k during my lapse has made things difficult but getting through and being positive, no moaping around or beating myself up, what is done is done, I have learnt to move on and become stronger. Hope you are all ok, will catch up with you soon and Julliette thanks for your support, we have been through a similar relapse at the same time the two of us, so we will stand by eachother.

Hi Sdt and Blondie, thanks for your support. As you can probably tell access to a computer in my own time is difficult at the moment. I would like to catch up on everyone elses progress but I only have a short time here and there when I jump on the work computer.
Not thought about gambling, not had any money so it hasn't been an issue but pay day at the end of the month, will be testing.
