DAY 108

Been to Crystal Palace today to look at what signage they require for the new season. I knew the ground was a dump, but it looks even worse empty and behind the scenes.

Weekend was quiet, didn't do much just slept and had a migraine both days.

Just leaving work now, going home to watch the last episode of Games of Thrones season 3 which should be good.

Busy day at work today but all positive, now have a jacket and kiev in the oven for dinner 🙂

No urges today, nice and quiet

Cheers Castle mate, yeah Wembley was immense and the win was the icing on the cake. Don't care if we take a pasting next year, just as long as we give it our best. The final was the best sporting day of my life.

Positive yet slow day today. Got my nephews over for an hour so they are watching something on my LoveFilm.

No gambling urges they've disappeared for now

Quick visit today, came home at lunch because of a splitting migraine which made me feel pretty cr**. Just woken up after sleeping it off.

Thanks Feb for your kind words, you are doing amazing also.

Well it's my favourite day, I love Fridays, just getting home, getting changed, relaxing, buying in some goodies to eat, pack of cigs (soon to give up- must) and a cold drink. Film on later and two days off. Seems strange to say but when the weekend comes I feel that it's an easy relaxing way of racking up another two days being gamble free by sitting on my a**e. Weekends have never been a problem for me, I know how competitive the racing is on Saturdays.

Now urges and a productive week.

DAY 114 Completed, no urges and a great day at work, bringing in potentially four good leads for work.

Thanks Shiny, Paul, Duncan and Feb for your kind words and well done all of you, with your continuing success stories, I do feel many people are getting on top of this gambling business and long may that continue.

Onto another day being gamble free for me.

Thanks Wilsy/Andy for your kind comments. Tomorrow, I will be 5 months gamble free and on Wednesday, 150 days. It feels so good and to have pay day approach and still have money in the bank is the best feeling.

You are doing so well and I am so so pleased for you. You seem really determined and I think since you got medication, this seems to have really helped as well?? You must be well pleased with yourself and feeling happier on the whole with everything.
