Everything is still going well here. I have had a relitavley easy time of it recently without any of those urges that seem to pop up every now and again.

But I am staying on my guard and will be ready for them if they rear their ugly heads again.

Thanks for the good advice in my area - I will be on my guard - funny, how you get these feelings! Still, we have all come too far now to think about giving in - I also find I have much more strength and self-determination to succeed. I thank people like yu Jim for the help in getting me there!

well i have decided to try and start a GA group in my area.

It is going to take a lot of work to get it up and running but I have had some good advice on how to procede.

Must admit I am a bit scared, but if it comes off it will be a great tool for me and hopefully others to keep this addiction in check.

Hi Jim, hope you go to Rome. I went a couple of years a go and had a fantastic time. Hot weather, good food, and so much to look at, I would go again. But beware when you go for a coffee. They charge loads extra for sitting inside rather than outside!!! also if you buy even an icecream and sit inside to eat it!!

Good idea on setting up your own G A., you can use it as a tool for yourself and also help others. Go for it, Joy x

Well i have made a start on setting up a GA group in my area and so far the responses that I have had have been very encouraging and I am being offered help from all sorts of places.

there is still a long way to go but I do hope that I can get there and achieve this ambition of mine.

Things are going well with setting up the new GA group. I need to find a venue next, as i am off work tomorrow i plan to spend the day phoneing around trying to find a cheap room to hire for a couple of hours per week.
