Day 4.........Have been going through my online banking and boy its scary to see the amount of gambling deposits i have made these past 6 months, was a real eye opener to see them there in black & white... have also been logging in to various sites to make sure i have self excluded from them all and found i had £171 in one i didnt know about, not going to lie was tempted to try and turn it into a bigger figure but seen sence and withdrew and closed the account.....need to keep focused and just keep taking it a day at a time as its still early days but do feel a bit more positive today

End of day 4 ......Glad to report another gamble free day has past no urges to report but stll struggling to let go of money lost.... spent all evening working out my fianaces and it has hit me hard seeing the number of gambling transactions on my bank statement,have been in this positon before and promised myself never again, this time i need to keep that promise.
I'd dread to look at mine to especially as I got to the point couldn't do a bet less than 50.we have to think forward not back though
Day 6 ...... Broadband was down all day yesterday so zero chance of gambling as all mine was done online,but to be honest i have had no urges anyway.Still feel guilt and anger about the money i have lost and hope with time this will pass, just trying to keep busy and trying to stay positive which at times is not easy... Today i will not gamble....
day 6 nearly over and glad to report gamble free.......no thoughts at all of gambling at all today as been keeping myself busy, still cant believe i have got myself in this position yet again, but trying to stay positive and look to the future which can be good again only if i stop gambling
Day 7.......One week on from my latest relapse, new football season starts this weekend which will be a big test for me but blocks are in place.Family holiday coming up in 3 months so need to save every penny to go towards it and not act on thoughts to win spending money (thats what has brought me back here in the first place).Have to let go of money lost which i am finding hard to do. but know i need to do this to be able to move on with my life.
Day 8 ........ Still gamble free and will remain that way just for today, trying to stay positive but finding it hard at the minute to let go of money lost, keeping busy and coming on here seem to help with any urges that i do get, hoping as the days mount up things will get easier....

make a plan... set some targets (how much money you want to save, how much debt you want to pay of if you have any etc.) and celebrate those moments. forget about chasing it thru gambling!! it will only get worse! trust me
Day 9 for me today...........No thoughts of gambling today going out later to watch the the football with friends & family something i havent done much lately as i wold have been stuck in front of a computer screen gambling...... not today.....
Day 10....... reached double figures.... head is all over the place at the minute but the main thing is i am still gamble free and will remain so for at least today
Day 11....... finding it hard at the minute but still gamble free, just trying to keep busy and coming on here when i get any urges, just need to keep going and keep seeing the days mount up
Day 12.......Still finding it really hard at the minute, feel as if i didnt have the blocks in place i would definatley be back gambling but will keep fighting and know things will get easier the longer i stay stopped, busy day today so that will help.... just for today i will not gamble
