Day 7...... One week gf today not going to lie its not been easy constant thoughts of gambling which i have been having a real battle with, blocking software on my laptop have been a great help as without it i would have been back to my old ways, still just having to take it one day at a time, first goal a gf weekend.....
Day 8......really finding it hard at the minute with constant thoughts of gambling, but glad to report still gamble free, trying to keep busy but its all a real struggle at present, will just have to keep positive and see out those dam urges......wishing everone a gamble fee weekend
