Just checking in and proud to say remain gamble free. I dont know if the penny has finally dropped as i am having no urges at the minute.
I know i need to keep my guard up as it can come back at any time.
Reading though my diary im surprised how little urges i have had compared to other attempts to quit gambling. I dont know why this is but im not going to moan about it.

Well done on 77 days gamble free. I'm at a similar stage where you almost feel 'cured'. From past experience, this is a harder time than the initial stages as you can easily trick yourself in to thinking your in control again.
This was the mistake i have made on numerous occasions, please don't make the same one! Stay on your guard at all times and treat any urges with the same importance as day 1.
