Went out and ex was in the bar, lots of i love you and want you back!

Went home and put some old tunes one, i love music and what it means . not just the tunes but really what the lyrics mean !

My cousin plays in a bob marley tribute band... they are called "bob on"... prob got stuff on youtube.

I am a sentimentalist... YES pink floyd etc.. and acoustic balads... Rock... we had a thing going for a moment there ;O)

Yes, gambling will always be around. This is what really disgusts me. It really is a shame that greedy people have used this pastime to create greed for themselves.

There are plenty of other things in life that we can enjoy for ourselves.

So let's just focus on those other things, eh?

Will try and type softly as I reckon u will av one hell of an headache and rightly so , yesterday will be one of them days that will stay with u forever

The best thing is though u cud thoroughly enjoy it fully focus on the day no thoughts of gambling or the affects of any losses in ur mind

So yesterday will now be a memory a day u will always remember just like the day u decided to quit gambling and beat this evil disease

And beating it u r so the pride u felt yesterday for ur beloved west ham is the same feelings u should av for urself as like them u been on a remarkable journey this last year and found the strength to fight and found the belief to go on and be a winner

Even more so when both of u av had problems at home
