Thanks for the post on my diary, glad to see you back on here, there is so much more out there for you than allowing gambling back into your life. I hope things in work improve and I'm hoping you get the all clear from your scans.

Sorry for not replying I often read the forum and noy comment ,

Health wise: I don't have a tumour , although I do have issues with my brain and I'll been seeing a neurologist in the new year , so what will be will be .

Gambling wise: same issue with taking the bank card from my ma and gamblin

Socially : I'll be staying at home this Xmas ; this is the first Xmas where I have no one to chat to it fell back on and it's gonna be a pretty lonely time ,

My life is full of regrets and that's no life. Whatever happens health wise is not under my control but I'm not going through this for another year .

Have a happy and safe Xmas ; take care of each other and appreciate the company you have over the festive season ,

Take care
Stephen

Stephen

Fella great news on the fact that you don't have a tumour, whatever problem you do have I am sure that there's a wealth of help and medicine available, keep attending your appointments and seek good physical health.

Regards being lonely that's a symptom of feeding addiction is it not?

Nothing will change until you seek change.

I am working today, giving my own Christmas up to ensure that the day is enjoyed by other folk

The truth is I would rather be helping at a shelter, gifting those less fortunate than myself at this time when for me it's easy to see how life can be brutal at times.

I believe you need to seek professional help for the way you feel, it's there and there's no shame in taking it.

Today look at the positive things in your life, there's plenty from where I am looking in from.

Maybe take a walk to and offer help to those less fortunate?

Make opportunity for yourself.

Me I will continue to walk by your side unconditionally

Regards Duncs.

Its good to hear from you though Stephen, but like you say, would be good to hear from you a little more but gambling illness can tell us all that's not necessary. Could you try and post daily?

Merry christmas!!!

Day 1 again.

I had given up my bank card and the first few weeks went well. The problems started when I asked for more money to be taken out and then for my bank card to be given back.

I dont have any support. Once my ma gets her rent from me she doesn't care. Never had a girlfriend, No friends, I sit in my room drinking cans and she wouldn't ask once if I was ok. I am sitting in my room with my coat on because I'm so cold. I don't own many clothes.

I hate my job. They hate me too. I have to walk to work. I've been doing that for two months.

I needed to go see a neurologist about my head aches and I didn't bother. Gambling was more important

I broke my bank card last night and its in the bin. Think that's my 20th bank card I had.

I have cans I can drink today to numb my feelings. My plan is to not have a bank card and keep myself to myself. f**k the world

I've been doing this for years and its complety stupid. Just needed to write it down somewhere.
