Well, I have to say, this really is no big deal. I am so happy being a non-gambler that I have absolutely no intention of going back to that hellish existence. I don't spend every day concentrating on how long it's been since my last ever bet, rather I have moved on to thinking how I can make me the best me I can be.
No more excuses, no more guilt, just belief that anything is possible (including being debt free).
I read a quotation by Maya Angelou today which I think sums up how I am feeling: "I did then what I knew how to do. Now that I know better, I do better"...
