2 weeks free Phew! They dragged bigtime. I feel that I've been in mourning. It's like I've lost a friend. Then I realised that this 'friend' had taken all my money and made me want to give him more. My friend took me to the deepest suicidal depths of depression and wanted to take me deeper. The dedication I had to my friend was at the exclusion of all others and now I feel alone. But above all my friend was always there for me 'just one more bet, one more hand, one more spin'. Goodbye my friend!

Thanks A.N.D

I feel very reflective today. I've started to exercise a bit in the mornings before work. Can't believe how out of shape I am. But I feel great that I've done it. It's nice to know that I'll be getting lighter (not my wallet). I've started thinking about the value of the money I have lost. What it could've done if channelled in a different direction.

At the supermarket last week I was comparing prices of washing powder and picked one cos it was 10p cheaper. I stood back and laughed at myself cos I'd have thought nothing of blowing 2 grand in an online session. Even felt my face go red. What am I?

Gonna go shopping with my partner and little girl tomorrow and maybe a bite to eat. They are my obsession now. They should have been all along!

It is strange how are minds work. A little bit of looking back is ok. Refreshes the mind of all the evil gambling can do but don't worry to much about missed opportunities. I'm the same but ultimately the past is the past and all you can do now is make amends and have a better future. Keep up the good work and it'll just keep getting better. Take care Paul and don't forget to keep checking in. I've had to relegate ya to the championship list lol just give us a check in and you'll be promoted in no time lol

Hiya paul gutted to hear you've slipped but that is all it has to be, just a slip. Stay strong, stop now dont give anymore of your hard earned to those greedy b******s. Stick close to the site and trust me when i say that world has nothing for you and it can get worse it may not seem like it but there are so many more levels of pain that gambling can dish out. Stop now and climb back up!! Almost forgot if ya starting again on the thread which hope you are just drop me a post with your new start date. Cheers paul. Stay strong mate.
