You are certainly in the right place and it is good that you have had the courage, wisdom and understanding to seek help. We can all empathise with the situation you find yourself in and can offer you support, advice and encouragement. We are all different but are fighting the same battle. I like to think of myself on the recovery road with my gamcare brothers and sisters alongside me. We are all trying to overcome an insidious addiction that destroys lives. It is not easy by any means but many on the diaries have gone for long periods without gambling.
