Day 183 without gambling. That makes it officially half a year since I chose to abstain. No regrets about the decision just about the past....oh well, upwards and onwards. Stay strong people.

Day 200 without gambling. Another small milestone. I remember thinking how the hell was I going to manage a week...then 30 days, etc.

Credit goes to the people on this forum who gave me the [much needed] belief it could be done. Hopefully I can give the same spur to people desperate to remove this addiction from their life.
