Thank you all - And massive well done to you too Clare for joining me in exceeding 100 days x

104 DAYS GAMBLE FREE TO DATE .......................

For my birthday i went to the dogs and didn't even gamble - so even better !!!!

I didn't even want to bet anything when friends around me were betting and usually i would be craving it........so good news all round.

People can change if they work hard at it and stick to it.............long road to go but worth the journey...........

LEST-WE-FORGET 258 DAYS GAMBLE FREE.

Had a massive urge to go casino last week but had to shut the thought down with daggers to eliminate it.

Few friends had let me down as we was supposed to be going out and i still wanted to still go out but alone is s h i t

so i thought of casino as old behaviour repeats but then i thought sod it going out alone is better than the ruin casino would result in and i am not losing my 258 days longest run of my life since the addiction started.

In the end i got used to being on my tod lol wasn't a bad night after all.

another win for me!

Work not paying me correct contributed aswell to the urge to get more money fast - yet i resisted - but these things don't blodd y help at all - a dodgy week but kept on the right side of the fence luckily!!!

checking in 363 days gamble free.....2 days to go to make my first entire year!!!

Congratulations to me, and everyone else in the 2015 challenge.

Looking forward to 2016 challenge as can never let this slip as ruin comes hard and fast in this addiction.

The future looks much more brighter nearly one year on.....i still have much debt but have paid a decent amount off and the best thing of all i have added no further debt to my bill via gambling..........all extra debts have been from normal lifes trials like car problems or domestic bills etc....

Life is starting to be good again, slowly but surely.

Hope you all had a good gamble free christmas, my christmas is on 28th December 2015 - a one year gamble free milestone 100%

Best Regards
