Thanks julie. Pleased to report no gambling happened last night even though drink was involved. Shopping for tools today, getting a haircut and taking my sister out to town later where I will make a point of dressing inappropriately so they won't let me in. Hope this morning goes well for everyone and I'll check in later!

Still going today. Got nearly all my tools bought, going to have a properly kitted out box at work now! happy days! Currently at home now having a glass of wine, however this time absolutely no urges at all to gamble? Whatever, thats a good thing indeed. Still going to dress inappropriately for the casino so there's no chance i can go in. Maybe i can even dress normally and go in and exclude straight away?? Might be a bit risky considering i will have had drink by then. I think i'll play it safe for tonight and go in when i'm sober to exclude. Feeling good anyway, debts to the legal loan sharks gone, manageable payments to my dad for 24 months, however i just looked at all my transaction history over the past few months. Good lord above how bad did it get..... A bit more motivation to add to the bank from looking at this s**t! Gamble free today. Just one day at a time. Today i will succeed again.

hi Jimmy

Great to hear you are staying strong. Best to go to casino to exclude another time because we all let our guard down when there is drink involved! Anyway I am glad you are sorting things out and every day gamble free will make you feel better and better,

All the best
